2/8/2021 0 Comments August 02nd, 2021This morning a friend of mine felt yuk! Tired, heavy, no energy at all and so a bit blue because of the above. It's scorchio here and has been for weeks and that drains the energy for sure. She'd had a really busy social and work scene for weeks ... And enjoyed every moment, a little too much at times, and the odd stress thrown in which life tends to do, just to see how you're doing ... Are you growing, relapsing or going round in circles?! She hadn't had a coffee for a few days so figured one would pick her up. As it was brewing, we chatted and my blood pressure machine caught my eye. It was gathering dust as I've felt so well for months and months but I suggested she take her bp as it could be low and that's why she's feeling that way. Heat does reduce bp so that would figure On checking it, we were really surprised at how HIGH her blood pressure (bp) was!! She checked again and it had come down a bit but still way too high to dismiss it as being irrelevant. I'm well and truly into my acupressure course at the moment and one of the insights that I have gained, is that acupressure stimulates the body to heal itself ... Reducing the need for drugs or procedures, so I googled acupressure points for high bp. She started working on the one that hurt ... That's a sign it's the right point as pain means something needs balancing /unblocking!! These imbalances and blocks can be caused by emotions, stress, worry, anxiety, fear, insufficient sleep, overdoing it, toxins such as alcohol, nicotine too much caffeine - even insect bites. After a few minutes she started sobbing for no apparent reason .. 😭 ... And she said that it felt great!!! 🥰 She sobbed for about 20 minutes! She reported feeling waves of happiness and the soothing of the vibes running through her body, her mood lifted, energy returned, she feels physically lighter and brighter and optimistic for the day ahead. Wow indeed! Her animals gathered around her and she felt their love healing her ... They truly are our healing angels 😻🐕🦺😻, even the 🐓🐔🐔 lol. So by triggering the acupressure point, she started to cry and her body's pressure valve was released like a pressure cooker! How fabulous is that?! A re-test of her blood pressure showed that it was back to absolutely normal! Better than reaching for pharmaceuticals eh?! I'm going to do another module or two of my acupressure course today because it's so incredible and I'm going to incorporate it into my Shine On course which I plan to relaunch later this year. It'll be via Zoom and a fb group so geography is not an issue. . To finish, here's another pearl of wisdom ... I wonder what having a coffee would have done to her body given that she was unknowingly experiencing high blood pressure? Knowledge is about possessing the information. Wisdom is about applying that knowledge. Listen to your intuition shiny happy people. My shine on course will empower you to take responsibility for your own wellbeing which is more important than ever in these challenging times. Much love and sparkles 💖 Why not add some aromatherapy oils into your high blood pressure regime. On researching for my friend and client, i gave her the choice of lavender, ylang ylang, frankincense, cedarwood and Jasmine.
\nWhen working with the oils, smell each individually. Some will smell foul, others divine. This is the body's way of telling you which will be most beneficial for you at this moment in time. Tomorrow or might well change as our symptoms morph and different aspects of the healing process are taking place ie physical, emotional, past events, present, future worries, spiritual, etc. \nHealing calls for a multifaceted approach and this is why i do love working with clients and looking at the whol-istic picture 🌻
